As your coach, I partner with you in a thought-provoking conversation. Come prepared to be gently challenged to explore your beliefs, setbacks, vision, and what you're willing to commit to. Sometimes, saying it out loud just hits different. Life coaching can be powerful when you need an objective listener who stays present and curious. Typically, life coaching spans six 1-hour sessions.
